One public operator: Translink's Metro, Glider and Ulsterbus

Unlike Great Britain, Northern Ireland's buses are run by a single public body. Translink Metro serves Belfast, the Glider bus rapid transit runs east–west across the city, Ulsterbus links every other town, and Goldline express coaches connect the main centres.

Getting around by bus

The Glider G2 links Titanic Quarter with the city centre. Translink's dayLink and iLink cards give unlimited travel, and the network is planned as one, so connections are straightforward.
